In my Email-Based Coaching Plan, you pay a monthly retainer in order to have virtually unlimited email access to me for advice, support, and accountability.
Following an initial 30-minute telephone consultation in which we agree on your goals and a general course of action to achieve them, we’re regularly in touch by email throughout each week in service to your success. During the week, you can expect a response to all messages within 24 hours; weekend response times will vary, with most messages responded to on Monday. Subsequent months of email coaching include a 20-minute check-in call.
Investment: Initial fee of $225 for first month, and $195 per month thereafter. Initial fee of $210 for first month and $175 per month thereafter (decreased to 2022 rates)
Note: An additional 10% discount is offered for prepayment of at least three months.
